Requirements + Responsibilities： Typically, 2-7 years’ experience in Graphic Design Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience Advanced-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: specifically, Illustrator and Photoshop Proficient in Mac OS Experience applying design and color theory Understanding of sublimation and cylinder print production process, including color processes Experience preparing and sending files to print, with consistent accuracy Translate client notes into one-of-a-kind sports apparel designs in Adobe Illustrator Re-work and manipulate existing vector art to create eye catching designs Able to handle an average volume, diverse workload, while maintaining high quality designs Strong communication and organization skills Experience with and passion for cycling or outdoor apparel, trends and branding Positive attitude, even while under tight deadline Must be able to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously Detail oriented and accountable for design projects start to finish Ability to work at a computer 95% of the day and ability to distinguish color Create original branded designs, incorporating current trends in cycling and outdoor fashion Work both independently and as part of a team with International Design Artists, Production Artists and Sales Team Must be proficient in understanding clients needs and translate ideas into designs Occasionally work directly with clients about design needs Work extended hours, when necessary, to achieve goals Accepts constructive criticism and actively participates in group creative sessions
