Requirements + Responsibilities 1.Ensure, update and maintain all product SKU info from Product Team into ERP, Magento, PPS and all systems. 2.‘Style Master’ owner in all systems 3.Provide operations support at factory, for sales offices related to all product needs, sales orders and transactions 4.Inventory management in systems including audits, cycle counts and other maintenance as needed 5.Forecasting and capacity management support as needed for factory and sales offices 6.Be ‘systems’ expert for all company platforms to ensure information is always current, accurate and adjusted when necessary 7.Logistics support related to Custom orders, expediting, problem solving when issues arise 8munication manager between sales offices, product team and IT team when product and sales updates needed 9.Proven ability with necessary communication skills to work with cycling teams, individual riders, events and corporate organizations 10.Strong experience in Excel as well as CRM / ERP systems 11.Have experience working within a global organization with a start-up mindset focused on key performance metrics and data 12.Strong experience with customer service focused on sales and PLM support and an effective communicator and managing multiple tasks 13.3-5 years of experience in operations and customer service
