Skills: •Excellent written and spoken English •A strong grasp of social media and marketing trends •An ability both to listen carefully and to take responsibility. •Strong EQ and willingness to work at all levels to complete a task •Excellent client liaison skills both face to face as well as written •A forensic approach to detail and strong grasp of numbers •Strong grasp of project planning and on-time project delivery •A willingness to accept guidance and work hard to improve •An interest in design would be a strong advantage. Supplement: •Naturally someone who is interested in jewellery and fashion and fully understands and appreciates our target market would be an advantage. •Should the candidate show the right skills and balance in the co-ordination role over the first 2 – 3 years, there is an opportunity for them to be selected to manage the brand, long-term moving forward.
